Liver also helpful in degradation of various medication that we take, by metabolizing them instead of being in high concentration in the body. It is necessary to habituate a healthy lifestyle and healthy habits to maintain the liver health.

If the liver got damaged, it will lead to various life-threatening disease like, cirrhosis, non-alcoholic fatty liver, ascites i.e., accumulation of fluid in the abdomen and legs.
