Maintain healthy diet which include food rich in folic acid, calcium and protein. Increase intake of leafy greens, whole grains, dairy products. Take care of body weight, by regular exercise, yoga and strength training for about 30 minutes every day. Take a pre conception check-ups with gynaecologist for overall health assessment.

Track your last menstrual period LMP and ovulation date. Conception usually occurs around 12-24 hours after ovulation, which is typically about 14 days after your period starts in a regular 28 days cycle. Implantation bleeding may occur 6-12 days after conception, and a pregnancy test can confirm it about 10-14 days later.
