Lemon water with chia seeds:
An excellent drink to help accelerate the pace of your weight loss program. Soak half a tsp of chia seeds in water overnight or for an hour in the morning. Take a glass of warm water, add 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mix well and now add the soaked chia seeds. Drink on an empty stomach.
